The Four Types

The Christian DISC® framework offers a unique lens through which we can understand individual personality types from a faith-based perspective. This system classifies individuals into four distinct types, each possessing unique qualities and tendencies that shape how they interact with the world around them. The four types are:

  1. Dominant (D): These individuals are goal-oriented, assertive, and decisive. They are natural leaders who are driven to achieve results and overcome obstacles.
  2. Influencing (I): These individuals are social, outgoing, and persuasive. They are natural communicators who thrive on building relationships and inspiring others.
  3. Steady (S): These individuals are supportive, dependable, and patient. They are natural listeners who value harmony and stability.
  4. Compliant (C): These individuals are analytical, detail-oriented, and precise. They are natural problem-solvers who value accuracy and quality.

Each of these types has its unique strengths and weaknesses (or growth areas), and understanding one's type can help individuals leverage their strengths and work on their weaknesses to become more effective in their personal, professional, and spiritual lives.

Below are brief overviews of each personality type. These glimpses are designed to give you a taste of the distinct characteristics associated with each profile. While the overviews provide a snapshot, a deeper and personalized understanding can only be obtained by taking the assessment.
