How quickly will my group package be ready?
Setup is manual process and usually finished within 1 business day (often faster). We’ll email you when your account is ready.
What are assessment credits?
Credits let you send either the Christian DISC® or Classic DISC assessment to your users. They never expire, so you can use them at your own pace. If you expect heavy use, consider our unlimited plans.
How do I get more credits later?
You can add credits anytime at the same discounted rate. They’re available for purchase inside your portal and delivered within minutes to your account.
What does "unlimited" mean in the unlimited membership?
The Unlimited Plan lets your organization send as many assessments as you want during a 6 or 12 month subscription. It’s the most cost-effective choice for larger churches, schools, or organizations using assessments regularly.
Do I need certification? Who is it for?
It’s optional. Certification is only $200 with a package ($99 off vs. $299 alone) and equips pastors, coaches, counselors and leaders to use the Christian DISC® professionally with individuals, couples, and groups.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. With Shop Pay, you can split payments. If you finance your purchase with Shop Pay/Affirm, your first payment is due approximately two weeks after your purchase is finalized. Please note that due to extended delivery times, your loan payment(s) may be due before you receive your purchase.
