Tres Adames is a pastoral counselor, spiritual care educator, and leadership coach with over 12 years of experience in pastoral counseling and more than 20 years in local church ministry and denominational leadership. He helps pastors and ministry leaders strengthen their leadership skills, cultivate healthy team dynamics, and integrate mental health awareness into pastoral care.

Tres teaches the Christian DISC® Certification Course, equipping pastors and Christian leaders with practical tools for personal growth, leadership development, and relational ministry. He guides leaders in using the assessment to strengthen teams, improve communication, and foster deeper connections in their ministry — helping them lead with greater clarity, unity, and confidence.

Drawing from the wisdom of pastoral counseling and spiritual care, Tres equips leaders to navigate ministry challenges with self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and relational wisdom. His coaching offers psychologically informed yet practical strategies for conflict resolution, leadership development, and leader self-care, enabling pastors and professionals to sustain their calling with resilience and grace.

Tres also serves as a Spiritual Care Specialist Trainer with the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE), where he equips faith leaders to provide effective and ethical pastoral care informed by mental health awareness and best practices.

Outside of his work, Tres is passionate about fitness, entrepreneurship, and lifelong learning, believing that growth is most dynamic when it is physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. He lives in Phoenix and is married to the love of his life, whom he has been with for over seven years.
