I purchased an assessment but didn't receive an access link in my email

We understand how important it is to receive your assessment when you need it. If you're having trouble locating it in your email, don't worry. We're here to help. Just follow these simple steps to retrieve your access link so you can take your assessment.

Step 1: Check your inbox
First, double-check your email inbox to ensure that you haven't missed the email containing your Christian DISC® access link. The email should come from the email address "support@discassess.com" with the subject line "Thank you for signing up to take the Christian DISC® Spiritual Personality Assessment" or "Thank you for signing up to take the Classic DISC Personality Assessment"

Step 2: Check your spam folder
If you can't find the email in your inbox, it might have been mistakenly redirected to your spam folder. To check this folder, follow these steps:

Open your email account.
Look for a folder called "Spam," "Junk," or "Bulk Mail" in the left-hand menu.
Click on the folder to view its contents.
Search for the email with the subject line with the subject line "Thank you for signing up to take the Christian DISC® Spiritual Personality Assessment" or "Thank you for signing up to take the Classic DISC Personality Assessment."

In case you find the email in your spam folder, we recommend marking it as "not spam" or adding "support@discassess.com" to your contacts to avoid future issues.
