WHAT MAKES THE CHRISTIAN DISC® DIFFERENT FROM OTHER DISC ASSESSMENTS?
The DISC Assessment has been widely used in corporate settings for decades. Majority of the DISC Assessments available are created for the corporate workplace and for use in corporate leadership training. The Christian DISC® is distinct because it is specifically crafted for use in Christian counseling and ministry. The Christian DISC® places a greater emphasis on emotional intelligence and implements spiritual insight and wisdom from the Bible.
HOW LONG DO YOU HAVE ACCESS TO THE SINGLE-USE ASSESSMENT?
Do you sell assessments in bulk?
We do not sell assessments in bulk, but if you purchase a Pro Membership, you and those within your organization will have unlimited access to the Christian DISC® for one year. We have found that this provides a greater amount of value and is the ideal option for organization and groups.
I work in a secular setting—How can i use the Christian DISC® without the spiritual content?
We understand that your work and ministry may take you into contexts where you may not be able to implement the spiritual components of the Christian DISC®. We also have a Non-Faith Version (Classic DISC) for use in secular settings. It does not include the additional spiritual content (scripture, spiritual insights, and suggestions from the Bible). The Pro Membership includes one year of unlimited access to both the Faith and Non-Faith versions of the Christian DISC®.
how can I be certified in the Christian dISC®?
You can become a Certified Christian DISC® Facilitator by taking our certification course. The course is fully online and includes three hours of video training, as well as worksheets and tools to utilize the Christian DISC® with individuals, couples, and groups.
Can your training certify me to become a counselor?
No—you must be licensed by your state to provide professional counseling. Our training is open to not only counselors, but also pastors, lay leaders, teachers, and more. Becoming a Certified Christian DISC® Facilitator means you have been trained in basic personality theory and the nuts-and-bolts of the Christian DISC® Assessment and model. It does not certify any profession itself and only allows you to use the material to its full potential within your current context of work or ministry.
I never received my assessment. How do I access it?
Whether you sign up for a free assessment or purchased one of our full assessments, you should immediately receive an email with a link to take the assessment. Be sure to check your spam folder—sometimes it ends up there. If you still can't find it, contact us.
