These icebreakers and games can help participants become familiar with the Christian DISC® model and encourage open discussion about how understanding their personality types can improve communication, collaboration, and unity in a Christian community.

The Christian DISC® is a powerful tool for bringing groups together and helping them understand one another's behavior and communication style in relation to their Christian faith. Here is a list of icebreakers and games that leaders can use to introduce the Christian DISC® when working with groups:​

• ​Four Corners: Label the four corners of the room with each of the four Christian DISC® profiles. Have participants go to the corner that they think best represents their personality. In their groups, participants can discuss why they chose that corner and how their faith influences and is expressed through their personality type.

• Superpowers: Ask participants to think of a superpower that represents their Christian DISC® profile type, considering how this superpower could be used to serve others in their church. Have participants share their superpowers and discuss how understanding their DISC profiles can help them work together more effectively.
  
  
• Bible Verse Match: Prepare a list of Bible verses that relate to each Christian DISC® profile type. Have participants work in small groups to match the verses with the corresponding personality type and discuss how the verses can guide their interactions with others.

• Bingo: Use our free Bingo cards with different characteristics from the four Christian DISC® profiles (Dominant, Influencing, Steady, and Compliant). Participants mingle and find others who exhibit those traits, asking them to sign the corresponding square on their bingo card. The first one to fill a row or column wins. • DISC Balloon Pop: Write down different Christian DISC®-related questions or prompts on slips of paper and insert them into balloons. Have participants pop a balloon, answer the question or complete the prompt, and discuss how their personality type influences their response.
  
  
• Pictionary: Divide your group into two teams. One person from each team will take turns selecting a slip of paper from a bowl containing a Christian DISC® personality trait. They must then draw an image representing that trait on a whiteboard or large sheet of paper while their team guesses. If the team correctly guesses the trait within 1 minute, they earn a point. The other team takes turns drawing and guessing. The team with the most points after a chosen number of rounds wins.

• DISC Charades: Write down several words or phrases that relate to each of the four personality types. Participants take turns acting out a word or phrase while their team tries to guess which Christian DISC® profile it relates to.
